Nourishing
Prenatal Care
Witness you with steady support and confidence. Monitor, measure, and nourish the labor and baby. Hold space for your process. Deeply trust in you, your baby’s innate wisdom, and your capacities. Support you in your feeding goals. Stay with you several hours postpartum to clean, tuck you into bed, and ensure your health and comfort with your new baby.
Giving birth at home
with a midwife
Comprehensive home visits for 6 weeks after your birth to monitor your health, honor your spiritual transition, and support your physical healing. Midwives tend to baby’s first 6 weeks as well, tracking growth, supporting feeding, and all well-care.
Postpartum
